Web design for villas and holiday homes

They find you through Airbnb and you pay 15–20 % in commission. With a site of your own and direct booking, that margin comes back: your calendar, your price, your guest.

A line in somebody else’s catalogue

On a portal your house is one listing among thousands, next to the competition, with the same template, the same photo size and a price with a commission on top. The guest never learns your name, and nothing of what makes the house worth the trip can be told there.

What we build

A site that is only about your house: a film built from the photographs you already have that advances as you scroll, a walk through the inside, the places around it, and a booking engine with the real calendar — dates, minimum stay, extras and the total, without leaving the page.

What the owner gets

The booking arrives by email or WhatsApp, with no commission and no intermediary. The guest arrives having already seen the house, so there are fewer questions and fewer surprises. And the site works as the place you send anyone who asks, in any language.

What the site has

  • Films of the house and the inside that move with the scroll, built from the real photographs.
  • A booking engine with an availability calendar, minimum stay, extras and the total.
  • The area around the house: the places, the beaches, the distances and how to get there.
  • Up to seven languages, each with its own address — not a translate button.
  • An assistant and WhatsApp that answer and quote in the guest’s language.
  • Structured data for the house and the reviews, so Google shows it properly.

Frequently asked questions

I only have the photos from Airbnb. Is that enough?

Yes. Every holiday home in our portfolio is told with the photographs the owner already had — no shoot, no renders. What changes is how they are shown.

Can guests book and pay on the site?

They pick the dates and send the booking with the total already calculated; the payment is agreed with you, the way you do it today. No portal takes a cut in the middle.

I rent on Airbnb and Booking. Do I have to leave them?

No. Keep them for reach and use your own site for everyone who already knows you, for the repeat guests and for anyone who searches your house by name — that is where the commission disappears.

How long does it take?

Days. You see the whole site before anything is published, and it goes live when you say so.

What if I have more than one house?

Then the catalogue is the site: a page per property with its own calendar, and a panel to update them. That is the rental-agency version of this.
