Web design for real estate and rental agencies

Fifty properties buried in a slow portal lose owners and guests alike. A catalogue of your own — searchable and instant — makes every property look looked after, and brings the enquiry to your site.

The catalogue is the business

An agency lives on its listings, and the listings live on a page that takes six seconds to load, cannot be filtered properly and shows photographs at the size the template decided. The owner who is choosing who to list with sees that page too.

What we build

A catalogue that filters without reloading, a page per property with its photographs, its map and its own enquiry form, and an admin panel where your team adds, edits and takes down listings — prices, photos, availability — without touching a line of code.

What the agency gets

Enquiries that arrive with the property already named, a site fast enough for someone comparing five tabs, and something to show the owner who is deciding where to list. The same engine handles ten properties or five hundred.

What the site has

  • A searchable catalogue with filters that answer instantly, without reloading the page.
  • A page per property: photographs, map, details and an enquiry that already knows which listing it is about.
  • An admin panel for your team: add, edit and take down listings, prices and photographs, with no code.
  • Heavy photographs served light, so the catalogue opens fast on a phone.
  • Several languages if you sell or rent abroad, each with its own address.
  • Structured data for the listings, so Google reads them as properties and not as plain text.

Frequently asked questions

Can my team update the listings?

Yes — that is the point of the panel. Add a property, change a price, swap the photographs or take it down, and the site updates. No developer in the middle.

How many properties can it take?

From ten to several hundred, with the same engine. We have built catalogues with a live inventory behind them for other sectors; a property is just another record with photographs.

Can it connect to the portal where I already publish?

If the portal has a feed or an API, yes — tell us which and we will look at it before quoting. If it does not, the panel stays the single place you load everything.

Does it work for holiday rentals too?

Yes, and then each property gets its availability calendar and its own direct booking, as in the holiday-homes work.

How much does it cost?

Fixed quote in 48 hours, with the price closed before we start.
