Villa Ma Paulo

Three hundred square metres for fifteen people in Sausset-les-Pins, thirty kilometres from Marseille: a pool heated all year, a private pine wood of 3,500 m², six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a hundred and twenty metres of terraces, six hundred metres from the sea.

The site they had

A free Wifeo page with seven entries — home, contact, how to get there, photos, description, calendar and guest book — where the description was one long paragraph in capitals and the “calendar of availability and rates” was a picture of a table. Everything a guest needed was in there, and none of it could actually be used.

What we built

Fifty-six pages in seven languages, French first: a home you travel through with films built from the videos the owner already had, The villa with its rooms and a mosaic of everything it has, the Côte Bleue around it, an availability calendar in two views with the price of each week, a four-step booking engine that warns about July and August, and a panel to manage the dates and the requests.

What it shows

A house that read like a classified ad now looks like what it is: three hundred square metres with a heated pool in a private pine wood. The guest sees which weeks are free and what theirs costs, and sends the request without an intermediary in the middle.
