Villa Santina
A 220 m² house above the sea at Mazzaforno, Cefalù, in a residence with two pools and private beaches: four bedrooms, four bathrooms, up to ten guests. Sold with a drone arrival and a walk that ends on the beach, in five languages.

The site they had
A free Webnode page, in Italian only, that never got past the template: a home with three photos of the house and the residence’s services, and five inner pages still filled with the template’s lorem ipsum, stock photos, sample prices and a “Hotel Excelsior” address in Rome on the contacts page, with the “create your free website” banner at the foot of every page. Nothing a guest could trust or book with: the house really lived on Booking, Airbnb and Vrbo.
What we built
Four pages in five languages, Italian first: a drone arrival over the bay, an interior walk with real transitions that ends on the beach, the rooms floor by floor, the 78 amenities and rules from the listings, the Booking, Airbnb and Google reviews, and a calendar with indicative seasonal prices and a direct booking request. Proposal presented to the owner.
What it shows
The villa is sold as a place, not as a list of amenities: the arrival, the sea, the rooms, then the dates. The guest books with the family, in their own language, and the site finally does the work the listings used to do.
