A private villa above Megali Ammos bay, sold the way it feels: a film-like scroll, a live availability calendar and booking requests that go straight to the owner.

The site they had
A one-page template from a hotel-website provider: a stock layout, a cookie bar over everything, a rates table that said no rates had been supplied, and eight languages served as separate .asp pages. The photos were good; nothing around them sold the place.
What we built
Five pages in five languages, written to disk for speed: a scroll that moves through the villa like a film, a calendar that shows real availability, and a booking request that lands in the owner’s inbox and WhatsApp. No booking engine, no commission.
What changed
The guest sees the villa before the price, checks dates without writing an email, and books direct. The site loads in under two seconds on a phone, which is where most enquiries come from.
